Last week I was in Muro Lecesse, Italy, to assist Hannes van Hasseldonk, during the Rotax Grand Finals at the well known international kart racing track La Conca. Hannes did a great job, and was direct placed for the final. He finished at place 4th in the final, in a strong international competing field and was the best Duth guy. See Photos |

On friday the 29th of august I drove with a Ford RS at a track day at circuit park Zandvoort. It was a one day event where you could drive on the racetrack with you own car. After the test session, I talked with some driving instructors about the Dutch racing classes and there opinions. See Photos |

I was well on its way in the first race. After a cautious start I know to eliminate several riders, and ultimately positioned myself for the final. In the finale, I ended sixth because of an aborted ignition, what meand that the engine no longer worked. See the photos for the spectacle! Read more..... |
| Dunlop Drivers Cup |

Unfortunately, I have cancel the Dunlop Drivers Cup due the Eurpoean Championship qualification for the KF3 karting series in Götenborg. I leave Tuesday already towards Sweden, so it is not possible to be at Bleekemolen race center on Wednesdays. |

I am trough the first selection rounds for the Dunlop Drivers Cup 2008. And still made chance on a race course and a Renault Clio Sport with 200 Bhp. During the next selection round they will be testing different skills, as ICE driving, slalom test, bungee run and karting. The best 25 go to the Finals. The DMSB organisation invited CRG Holland to come to the DTM race event at Lausitzring, Germany, to show our products and the link between top motorsport and karting. We showed al our new models, and have the kart of former European champioen Lewis Hamilton with us. I also got a tour by AMG Mercedes and meet racing driver Bernd Schneider. He put me in one of the DTM cars of Mercedes. See photos |
